Rehearsals
Rehearsal times will vary, depending on your role.
Please notify us if you need special scheduling, and we will try to accommodate you.
Weeks 1-3
June 18-July 6 (M-F)
Location: J. Paul Taylor Academy
402 W. Court Ave Bldg 2

Day 1: All (Parents, cast) meet first 15 minutes

Call times for actors: 2 hours prior to show time.
July 20—7 PM (arrive at 5 pm)
July 21—1 PM (arrive at 11 am) and 7 PM (arrive at 5 pm)
July 27—10 AM Children’s Matinee (arrive at 8 am) and 7 PM (arrive at 5 pm)
July 28—7 PM (arrive at 5 pm)
Tickets: $5 student/child, $10 Adult
Immediate family gets in free to every performance, if seats are available.
Each free entrance needs a ticket—Ask at ticket booth.
Cast Members, Please…
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early to all rehearsals and Call times.
- Follow all safety rules (discussed first day of rehearsals)
- Check email each day before coming to rehearsal for late-breaking news (Cast–If you’re not receiving emails, please give us your address and we’ll Bcc you)
- Sign up for Remind 101
- Take notes during rehearsal–Note blocking in script
- Bring audience to the show!
- Sell at least 10 tickets
- Distribute posters around town
- Distribute postcards to EVERYONE you meet every day
- Participate in social media advertising campaigns
Adult Volunteers, Please…
For your cast member to remain in good standing, you are expected to:
- Check email each day before coming to rehearsal for late-breaking news
- Sign up for Remind 101
- Join at least one committee (Publicity, Sets, Costumes, Props, House);
- Keep track of hours (sign in with Committee Chair);
- Fulfill all duties agreed upon;
- Help others by filling in when needed;
- Help keep our cast safe!
- Bring audience to the show (See Cast info, #6, above)
